Jon Wergin is a professor of educational studies in the PhD Program in Leadership and Change at Antioch University where he’s been since 2003. Prior to that Wergin taught at Virginia Commonwealth University where is now Professor Emeritus at the School of Education. Wergin was a Senior Scholar at the American Association for Higher Education from 1993-2005 and has also held a number of scholarly research and administrative posts. He has given invited addresses to numerous colleges, universities, and professional organizations on faculty development, evaluation research, professional education, curriculum development in higher education, evaluation and change in higher education, and department chair development. Wergin is widely published in his research area of higher education evaluation and change. HIs PhD in Educational Psychology is from the University of Nebraska.

Wergin, Staff Auditor, is responsible for assisting in the design of audit tasks, participating as an auditor at TEAC audits, and co-authoring audit reports.
