Before coming to NEASC, Barbara Brittingham was Dean of the College
of Human Science and Services at the University of Rhode Island.
In addition to her work with NEASC, she has had accreditation experience
with the North Central, Western, and Middle States Associations,
the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation, and the Council on Higher
Education Accreditation. Brittingham is the founding dean of the
College of Education at Zayed University, UAE.

James Anderton,

Currently Managing Member of Maplegrove Property Management, LLC,
Jim Anderton previously served as President of Lansing Community
College. He is a member of the Michigan Commission on Financing
Postsecondary Education and the National Advisory Council of the
College of Education at Michigan State University. Anderton has
served actively on the Board of Trustees of Hobart and William Smith
Colleges and been involved in community boards and commissions.
Hester Kingsbury, BA, BS

Hester Kingsbury is a mathematics teacher in grades 9-12 and during
that time has been lead teacher for the Mathematics' Principle Indicators
for the high schools in the Christina School District as well as
worked with the Math League and in many other advisory capacities.
Kingsbury has a BA in Mathematics Education and a BS in Economics
from the University of Delaware and currently is in a Masters of
Instruction graduate program there.
Elsa Nuñez, PhD
Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs
Lesley University
2000-04
Elsa Nuñez serves as Chief Academic Officer for six schools
of Lesley University. She held similar positions at Wheelock College
and CUNY before going to Lesley. Nuñez was coordinator of
the ESL Program at Ramapo State College for 13 years, during which
she also was an ACE Fellow and Hispanic Leadership Fellow in Academic
Administration. Her linguistic research interests have focused on
minority populations, and she has published and presented widely
in this field.
Donald Warren, PhD

Donald Warren is a professor of educational history and policy in
the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Indiana
University where he served as the University (System) Dean of the
School of Education for ten years. Warren has been president of
the American Education Studies Association, the Council of Learned
Societies in Education, and vice president of AERA, Division of
History and Historiography. Warren is one of the founding directors
of TEAC.
