* A new Inquiry Brief must be submitted and audited
before the term ends. The length of a term is conditional upon
the submission of the required Annual Reports and no adverse actions
due to complaints, weak Annual Reports, substantive changes, etc.,
and may be extended for one year for good cause.
** Provided eligibility requirements (0.1-0.5)
are met. If not, the program has no accreditation status with
TEAC.
