Note that although means and standard deviations are the likely entries in each cell of Table 2, frequency counts, ranks, percentages, percentiles, or whatever quantitative metric the fa-ulty relies on could be also entered. These cell entries could also vary with regard to the power of their numerical properties entered (nominal, ordinal, interval, or ratio numbers).
