		<description><![CDATA[State University of New York College at Plattsburgh became the 100th program to receive TEAC accreditation on October 19, 2009. TEAC continues to grow and now has close to 200 members, with 85 as candidates in the &#8220;pipeline&#8221; for accreditation.]]></description>
