Keith Briscoe

Keith Briscoe’s career in higher education included a nearly two decade presidency at Buena Vista University. While there he was active in national and state education circles, serving as a board member of both the Council of Independent Colleges (two years as chair) and the American Council on Education. Briscoe also worked with a number of international educational organizations, including the College and University Partnership Program and Council for the Advancement of Small Colleges. He was a member of the CIC Task Force and Steering Committee that developed the conceptual framework for TEAC for which he served two years as founding chair.
